Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Hands down the best car rental in the area. I will never go to another location or place again. At this location on Kidder street, we had John. John took care of everything and anything, he was really nice to talk with, trust me, im a talker. This man knows his job, pays attention to his cars, and told me things i wasnt even expecting about it. When i called to extend, he was asking how it was going, how do i love it- and i says oh i wasnt sure about it doing this- he goes into detail why it did that and its just an added feature, i can push this button located here to turn it off! Jaw dropped bc how do you know that?! Lol. I was going to rent the car for 2 days, I needed to get my car serviced but still needed to get to my Dr. Last 2 times I rented a car from enterprise at a different loc

Very friendly staff. They were able to arrange a pick up from car dealership last minute. They gave mean upgrade due to not having requested type of vehicle available, which turned out to be great! I got a Toyota Rav4 which I would request again. Overall great experience. Being a loyal customer gets you a discount, also.

Always knowledgeable, always available, always helpful. Willing to go out of their way to help you, in fact. Been dealing with Enterprise for the last five summer vacations, and have absolutely no regrets. they will do what it takes to get you the right vehicle for what you need. And when the weather breaks, we're going to deal with these guys again. 👍

Customer service was exceptional, from reserving a vehicle with only 2 days' notice to the vehicle pick-up at an auto collision center. The 2 reps who helped me were wonderful. Be careful when reserving the vehicle, though. I'm not a picky person, so I told them I didn't care what type of vehicle the rental was as long as my insurance, USAA, covered the daily fee. The vehicle ended up being a Toyota Corolla, which was fine. However, it appears as if it has been in their fleet for a very long time, and it looks as if the interior hasn't been cleaned aside from a basic vacuuming. It's gross. I rate the customer service at 5 stars, but highly recommend being very specific when requesting the vehicle. Had an issue with my work booking, but the staff here went above and beyond to make things right. Brandon provided excellent concierge-style service by picking me up and getting me to the correct location. Andrew was also extremely helpful and made the reservation work on short notice. Excellent staff and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend this location to anyone!
