Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Enterprise never fails ever with me. They are always right there. There’s always open availability with them. I never have an issue this past weekend when I had to Rent A Car I’d intended to keep it until Monday, November 3 but I had some family emergencies arise, and I had to bring the car back early and come back home. They were very polite very sweet. Very understanding didn’t charge me any penalties for bringing the car back early and have always been so kind and courteous to me. I will never ran from a different car. Rental company because there’s there’s not a company out there that’s as good as Enterprise. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Brian Winchester Enterprise calls me on Feb 5th regarding my reservation for the 6th. Says he can't/won't approve my rental without an absurd amount of paperwork to verify who I am. I have been renting from this store for yrs. And suddenly my documentation isn't good enough. Will be contacting BBB as well. Winchester Enterprise has gone to the dogs.

Had a great experience. The gentleman that assisted me was extremely pleasant. He had a great attitude and customer service skills. The process was extremely smooth from beginning to end.

I like the price that I paid for 3 weeks. I always go back to Enterprise every time I rent never had a problem with them always taking care of me I'm glad to be a loyal customer to them
