Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I never had a single problem with enterprise. Easy to rent a car and easy to return a car. Usually they have good rates. (Pictures are just for the interior of the building were all the rental cars are located at for BDL)

Enterprise car rental is a JOKE! Not only am I owed over $2000 in deposits, but I was able to drive off the lot with a vehicle that didn't have a rental agreement. I called the enterprise office at the airport to extend my rental and they told me that my rental agreement for that vehicle had been closed out because the vehicle was returned the previous Tuesday. I was passed to someone else who continues to argue back and forth with me about a vehicle that was sitting in my driveway. The conversation ended with being told a regional manager will get back to me. Multiple days passed and no one reached out. When I called back days later I was given the same story, I had returned the vehicle, me rental agreement was closed out, and someone higher up would get back to me as there was nothing t

BDL Enterprise: I can't guarantee this will be your experience, and I've never had an issue with Enterprise in my years of renting from them, but what they did on Saturday Morning on Jan 31st I'll never forget. They typically close at 11:30pm/mid-night, my flight from Dallas was seriously delayed which didn't allow me to land until 1am, after collecting my bag and expecting to sleep in the rental lounge area until they opened later on in the morning, to my surprise there was an representative of the name Shawn still working and got my car stupid late in the morning. Able to get a tree with my dad. Drive around Connecticut on a visit to my parents. Only trouble was this model didn’t have a heated steering wheel… it was 17 degrees one day!

Enterprise is the best. I have never had a negative experience with them and this time was no exception. They are speedy and friendly. They gave me a very nice new vehicle and their refueling price was less than any gas station in the area. In contrast to other rental companies, they never make me wait and always give me nice cars to drive. Also, the staff members are friendly and seem to really enjoy helping people.
