Obviously a state contracted company with a monopoly on the emissions testing. Everyone moves at a snails pace, equipment is old and broken often. Only certain places can test larger diameter or low profile tires. At $25 per vehicle they should be able to afford to fix and upgrade their equipment.

horribly long lines! i have come 4 times this week at different times of the day trying to get in with a wait time of an hour or less. i followed the recommendations on the website such as days of week and month to avoid, afternoons better etc but wait times are consistently an hour or longer. plus, lines stretch out of facility onto street so the wait is even longer than posted. i can tell this is an inefficiently run facility. at least be honest about how long the process is!

When I came in on the side it said it was estimating the time less than an hour. In the four-wheel drive line for over an hour and I see them pushing other cars in front of mine.. There was a man that was rude and proceeded to tell me he had been here for a very long time and he knew what he was doing, Even though there were other cars making it out quicker. There was a lady that came over and asked for my number and realized I had been there a lot longer than everyone else. She took care of my vehicle right away and was very nice. As for the man that was the manager very rude and unprofessional.

At the main office, there was an older man that finally came to the window AFTER he was finished looking down at his cell phone even though he looked at me as soon as I got to the window and rang the bell there. Once he came over his demeaner was one of pure irritation that I was bothering him. It was 30 minutes before they closed for the day, yet the phone started ringing and he ignored it as well. I told him that I didn't mind him taking the call, and he gruffly told me that he doesn't answer the phone in the last hour because he wants to get out on time. Thus, that answered my question as to why he was so irritated with me picking up emissions vouchers. He actually stated that he was too old and needed to go home promptly at close. Do not come here if ur a women!! They treated me as if I was the dumbest human alive. Wait was very short but the service received was awful. Didn’t even know car a emissions services could be done so poorly. Man who was helping me could not communicate anything to me and when he directed me or spoke to me he spoke to me as if I was an idiot. Always leave high reviews but this place will make you feel like your dumb. Would not recommend supporting this business.
