Equal-i-zer Hitch

Top-notch customer service from Todd Munford, the Customer Support Manager. I have a Weight Distribution Hitch that had lost the spring bar release assembly. I didn't know what the part was called and I don't think I did the best explaining my issue when I called for a replacement part. Instead of saying I will have to buy a new hitch or drive an hour to his shop to show him the issue, Todd asked for my email address and then sent me an email shortly after we got off the phone. That email had a picture of what he wanted me to photograph to send him so he could better assist me. The next morning he sent me a confirmation of the parts being shipped. Not just one, he sent me two just to be sure I wouldn't have this issue again and for FREE. Seriously, great customer service. Didn't ask for a

Always go w/ Equil-i-zer. Best hitch out there. Excellent customer service, and this company has an obvious dedication to getting things right. Had a situation where some parts wore out and they helped me out by getting me replacement parts quickly. I have been towing w/ Equil-i-zer hitches for going on 10 years, and I would not switch to a different product. I put between 2-3k miles on it per year.
