Made an appt for an old change. I told them I was going to the plaza next door and to call me when it was done. They said it would take an hour or so. I got a call 20 minutes later. They wanted more money. A battery and an engine filter on top of the oil change. I politely declined. 2 hours later, still no phone call. I walked back over and the place was locked up. As was my car!!!! I called. I knocked. No answer. I noticed the back bay door was open. I went around, found a mechanic and told him my story. He got the keys and asked me if I paid. I had not. The mechanic was nice and understanding. That's the only reason they get 3 stars. I took the time to write all my info down, including my credit card number, and left it in the overnight dropbox.
