For a public transit organization, reliability and attention to detail are critical, and Erber Auto consistently delivers both. Their team is professional, responsive, and clearly takes pride in their work. This is a 5 star review not because EA is perfect, but because they've always made things right in the 4.5 years I've been coming here. They have definitely messed up occasionally like forgetting to plug my radiator fan back in after a coolant flush and I overheat later, but they've given free service later to make up for it. They give free rides to and from the shop when you need it, and they bump you to the front of the line if you're willing to wait there. Scheduling work has always been easy, communication has been great, I've never felt pressured to get anything done when money was tight, the guys love explaining how things work and what the pros and cons of the options are, and I've gotten surprise discounts on occasion just cause they're cool like that. I've been taking my vehicles to Erber for many years. Maybe the best way to describe them is that I've found Erber to be very similar to taking my vehicles to a dealer. There is often very little wait to get your car in. You get fast, friendly, professional, and quality service. You are kept well informed with modern notification technology with estimates and time-frames. Their lobby even has artisan soda on tap - not sure if I've even seen that in dealer shops. The bill is pretty on par with a dealership as well, but that's only natural for everything you get. While it isn't necessarily what you'd see at some private shops in places like down in Lewiston, it's very in-line with what you'll see at other shops in Moscow.
