Great experience! We needed basic snow tires for a car that isn’t driven much. They had budget options with and without studs. We set up an appointment to put them on and they had them ready early in the day. The representative we worked with was great. We are very satisfied. We will see how these tires do in the snow.

Your prices are too high! I’ve been a 35 year customer and your company wanted to charge me almost $1800 to replace my back brakes. They would not negotiate on the price of this and in intern you have lost a long-term customer! I immediately went out and bought all of the parts at retail price not Jobber Cost. And for a three hour job I spent $680 to buy the parts and you wanted to charge me for doing the job at close to $1800. That is well over $1000 For three hours worth of labor. If I need to tell you, that’s $333 an hour for three hours of work.. This is absolutely ridiculous and you give your employees no ability to compromise even slightly, which is absolutely wrong! Your company has gone from Absolutely a very good company to work with to a bunch of criminals who want to do nothing

I’ve been bringing my vehicles here for 20+ years. Always a great experience. I was able to get scheduled quickly for a recent tire repair, services were quick, customer service was great, and I loved that I got text updates and was able to review everything that was covered and invoiced online, including tread assessment and pics of the brake pads, etc. I was expecting to pay for than I did, so I’m also very pleased with the cost of services.
