A mechanic diagnosed a needed repair when I had my oil changed, so today when I had an appointment to do the repair, I was told the mechanic had misdiagnosed the problem and it was not necessary, so the wheel alignment that was part of the repair was done at no cost. I've been a customer for 25+ years as I can trust their word and work and I highly recommend Moscow Auto!

Lane is the man. I trust him completely because he is the most knowledgeable 6.0 liter guy around. If you own a F250 or F350 there is no one in the area that has more knowledge of the Ford Powerstroke than Lane. He replaced my front hubs that I purchased from Kryptonite in under 4 hours and it was very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

They did an oil change for me, and they were very accommodating. They gave me a ride to work, let me know when it was finished, then picked me up on my lunch hour. They did a very thorough inspection, and let me know everything that might need attention without at high pressure sales tactics like other “fast” oil change shops. Overall, I would highly recommend them!

I have gotten my car serviced here multiple times now, and each time they have been wonderful. They are great about communication and their customer service is always spot on! They were able to add an oil change to my service last minute for me which was super awesome. Paid much less for my service here than I would at other shops around town based on different quotes I got! They also were able to get me in the same week as they had a cancellation — which was the cherry on top! Will be coming back!
