Dealership treated me well. When I purchased 2 vehicles the same day (Any dealership would do back flips to sell 2 vehicles at the same time) BUT. They requested that when Nissan sent me a survey, please bring it in to us, and we will fill it out. (Happy to let them get their back slap from Nissan) However, when I received a survey around week 2 or 3, I rode to the dealership. For me, those are about a 35 to 40 mile trips. I was promised a free oil change on each of my purchases. After arriving, I was told this wasn't the right survey, and they erased it from my phone. "Wait a little longer." I received a second survey at around 2 1/2 months. I again rode to the dealership, only to be told the first survey was the right one. Not this one. So because of their incompetence, that survey

Pack snacks, maybe lunch. Takes 3 to 4 hours. We paid cash, traded a very nice car in on a used truck. 3.5 hours. Waited 1.5 hours for signing with Finance guy. We also bought a new car last year same experience. Nice people but pack your patience.

Service advisor TJ is awesome. This was my first time meeting him, and he made the visit welcoming to the point that I feel like I have been knowing him for years. Great dude!!
