We received excellent service at Ervine’s after being referred by a dealership to have our hybrid looked at. From the first contact, it was clear we were in good hands. Steve described in detail everything they would do to diagnose our issues and made drop off super easy. After they had a chance to check over the entire car, we had a phone conversation about their findings, which included an email with descriptions, pictures and prices for all recommended services. We felt fully informed and confident in deciding which repairs fit our budget. The level of transparency and communication was exceptional. We would absolutely recommend Ervine’s and will be returning for future service.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Ervine's since 2020. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very thorough inspections and great communication. i have always been completely satisfied with all repairs and maintenance they have performed. They have always gone above and beyond for me. Very highly recommend. P.S. They have some awesome Toyota Prius's if you need a loaner. :)

I had brought them my model 3 for a heating issue. I had several conversations with the staff about my issue and they pointed out a few other things that will be needed. A++ service. My vehicle will be back! Much appreciated Ervine’s team!!

Recently just had my Highlander serviced and they were quick, efficient and communicative throughout the whole process. I have used them for a handful of years now, and everything works so good. Never have i had a problem after they fix her up. Can’t go wrong with their loaner vehicle as well. Thank you!

I highly recommend Ervine's. They did a great job with my Tesla, and the complimentary loaner car made everything way easier! They communicated often about the repairs, which I really appreciated. Definitely worth checking this place out!
