Had springs and shocks replaced on all four corners of my 2013 Lincoln MKS, all genuine Ford parts, no cheap knockoffs. They being busy, were upfront with telling me it may be more than a day in completion of the job but with the loaner they offered, it was no problem. Not my first time with this company, won’t be the last. Highly recommended.

I had already gone to another mechanic first, and honestly, I left feeling like they were just trying to take my money. From the moment I arrived, the experience was completely different. Anthony took the time to explain everything in detail and walked me through what was actually going on with my car. You can genuinely feel the honesty, no pressure, no scare tactics, just clear and professional communication. It turned out it was NOT a transmission issue at all, which saved me a lot of money. Over the past two years my truck has been experiencing sudden engine power interruptions and intermittent starting issues. After going to Chevy multiple times, two typically reputable mechanics and spending over $1000 on starter & battery replacements and ground investigations I was at my wits end. Not to mention being without a vehicle formy long commute to work everyday. I decided to research local repair shops. I reached out to Essex County for my daughter’s 2011 Jetta having oil alarm/light issues . They got me in the same day and had diagnosed the problem and pointed out a couple of other issues. They performed the necessary repairs and did not try to pressure me into doing anything additional.The experience was professional and courteous which is rare these days .I would highly recommend .
