I sent my car in for repairs after hitting a deer and my experience with Factory Collision Center was amazing. They constantly kept me updated on my vehicle and did a great job with the repairs which only took a little over a week. They also worked directly with my insurance company. I would highly recommend them.

I have never had a car accident and working with these pros was perfect. My car had lots of damage and they fixed it all and got my car back to me ASAP! Only 10 days without my ride! Had my car towed here after an accident and was extremely happy with the work done,not a shop you'll have to chase down for answers about your car, they kept me updated so often I never even had to call. They were able to get my parts and get everything done alot sooner than I was expecting and everything's been great since I got it. Definitley recommend them.

I recently took my Infiniti to FCC to have my bumper repaired, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I have been told the color of my car is difficult to match but they did it perfectly. Very friendly and knowledgeable office team which made the process less stressful. Lauren kept me updated throughout the process and even offered accommodations for picking up/dropping off my rental. I recently had an experience with Factory Collision that I feel compelled to share. They quoted me a price of $756.48 to repair scrapes and scratches on my bumper. This seemed excessively high for what I believed to be a straightforward fix. In search of a more reasonable option, I decided to visit Supreme Motorsports in Salem. To my surprise, they managed to remove the scratches and scrapes for just $40.00. This significant difference in pricing made me question the initial estimate from Factory Collision. Overall, my experience suggests that Factory Collision may not provide competitive pricing for minor repairs compared to other local options like Supreme Motorsports.
