North Shore Motor Werks

North Shore is very thorough, very modern, not expensive, and given to very personal service. I should add that I met the owner who is most articulate and gave me a tour of the business. My 98 BMW has never been given the exacting thorough inspection before North Shore reviewed the car. Another BMW shop would not work on the car due to the age of my BMW. The shop is almost excessiviely clean and organized and has equipment other shops do not have. (They have top end allignment equipment.) I am very happy to have found this shop.

This veteran owned business is top notch! The level of detail and craftsmanship is levels above dealerships. Everything is clear cut and even told not to do some unnecessary repairs that was suggested by others. The turn around time is impressive and the facility has to be OCD clean. I'm definitely a future customer. Thank you all for your kindness and knowledge.

Great experience all around. I needed my first oil change for my Mercedes Benz but didn’t want to go to the dealership because past experiences at a dealership have resulted in high pressure sales tactics. I was looking for a place that was qualified to handle European cars and North Shore Moto Werks came up. It was super easy to book service online and the guys at the front were really easy going and nice. After my oil change, they showed me some things that may need attention soon but didn’t pressure me like the dealerships often do. I’ll definitely use these guys again in the future.

I had a great experience at North Shore Motor Werks. They changed my car’s oil and did an excellent job. The service was professional, efficient, and straightforward. My car was ready on time, and everything was done right. I really appreciate their attention to detail and friendly service. We first went to North Shore Motor Werks to have them look at a used 2021 BMW X5 before we bought it in June and they assured us it was a good car and it has been fabulous. The only issue they saw was it would need new tires by fall and they were correct. Recently went for an oil change and waited 45 minutes to complete. Very reasonable price, far less than the Audi dealer use to charge for our previous Q5. They also include an inspection of the car with the oil change. Told us we would need rear brakes soon and that the light would go on soon. When asked they said I had 1000 miles after the light goes on to get it done. Honest and no high pressure sales job to do right now. Much appreciated their upfront honesty.
