However, the quality in the outcome and his professional handling of insurance adjustment is worth the time it takes to do a proper repair. He communicated timelines and status updates regularly during the process to get my truck back on the road & trail. It's good as new.

Etcheverry Body Works has always done five star top quality work they worked on four of the five vehicles that I’ve owned. Currently they have my personal pick up at this very moment. Mike made it very simple to bring my truck in take a look at it and coordinate with the insurance company so the adjuster was there. So they could order parts and get me back on the road, I got to keep my vehicle since it was still drivable. Once the parts came in, he notified me to bring the vehicle in, and had enterprise rental pick me up in rental my vehicle and notified me about two weeks before I get my truck back. He made something that’s always so hard very easy and simple. Between navigating the insurance company, the autobody company and the rental company and also provide an ETA of when I should get

Mike has repaired cars for me at least three times over the past 25 years and it’s always a pleasure to work with him and his crew, especially when it’s not exactly a fun time to have to get auto body work completed!
