I stopped by ETI because I had a flat tire on my way home. I was promptly put back on the road by the helpful staff. I really liked how they provided a clear explanation of the repair options.

Splendid. I only had delay at the end whereby manager left with my paperwork to print because they don’t have printer at the warehouse. Btw, I’m talking truck driver’s delivery perspective.

I purchased a set of tires from this company via Amazon. FedEx delivered when I wasn't home and only delivered part of the shipment. Tried to return the part of the shipment that did arrive since I paid for a complete set, only to find they want to stick ME with the return costs. I will never purchase anything from this company ever again.
