I brought my car in to be fixed, Noel told me the car couldn’t be fixed, So Noel suggested I donate the car, which I did In October 13th, 2025, Since then I have been receiving parking tickets in my name, I tried to talk to Noel, but he has been very disrespectful, and refuses to help. He doesn’t want to cover the expenses . Very unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend.

It's one thing to read a review about a repair where everything went more or less as expected. But the real test of a business is, "what happens when things do NOT go as expected?" In January of 2017, Sam replaced the alternator on my '95 Ranger with 215,000 miles on it. Last week on the way to Sacramento, the new alternator failed. A typical warranty is 90 days, and I was already double past that. When I called Sam, he remembered me (I was a first-time customer in January), and he said that he would "take care of it." When I explained that the truck was in Sacramento, and he was in San Mateo, he agreed that without a working alternator, even a freshly-charged battery would not likely get me back to the shop. Top of the line mechanic, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, the mechanic will do a thorough check up of the car and look for possible breakdowns down the road. Clean auto shop premises, better to call ahead before you go, he may be unavailable working with other vehicles, appointments would be preferred, highly recommend.
