Euro Addiction

Took my Audi in on a Monday morning at 8am for heating (HVAC) issues. Aldwin (the owner) told me he would reach out midday to tell me what the issue is and pricing. 12pm came and I didn’t hear from him. I called at 1pm and no answer. I called at 1:30 and got no answer. I called at 1:45 and got no answer. I called again at 3pm from another number and one of the mechanics answered and said he is out and about and will be back in 20 mins and will call me. 3:45pm and no call. I call and Aldwin answers and says they are going to look at the car now (keep in mind my car has been there since 8am) and he will call me back. He calls back at 4:15pm to tell me the blend actuator on the driver’s side is bad and needs to be replaced. He gives me the price and says it will be done by the next day, which

Great experience as always. Never disappointed!! I’ve had Audi’s, Honda and now a SRT, and Aldwin (the owner) is the only person I trust with my babies. Great prices, great work, and friendly service. Hopefully I won’t need another repair anytime soon, but I know where I’m going if I do. Thanks to everyone at Euro Addition that worked on my car.

Great & reliable shop, Aldwin keeps to his word no matter what & will go to the end of the earth for his customers. Walking in , we know we are well taken care of, treated like family, and given the absolute truth about what’s wrong with the car & what they’re going to do to fix it. First time I went to this shop and had an awesome experience. My Porsche Cayenne had the passenger wiper blade not working. I stop to see if they can check it and they did it right at that moment, they knew what it was and tighten a couple of screws and was fixed. I ask how much and the owner said no charge. Wow really happy abd i gave them all the cash i had in my wallet. They won a customer.
