I initially chose this shop because their pricing was fair and I’d heard good things about their work. Before service, I explained that I’d be taking this car on a long road trip soon after and needed the issue fully resolved. I brought my Audi A6 in for a PCV-related code and the shop replaced the PCV valve but did not replace the breather hose. After getting the car back, I was told it had been “tested,” so I assumed the issue was fixed. Unfortunately, once I got to Florida, the same exact problem reappeared — same code, same symptoms. I’m now out nearly $4,000 and still facing the same issue I originally brought the car in for. Euro Automotive does excellent work with reasonable prices. Joe and Joe and all who work with them are knowledgeable and experienced. They have been taking care of my daughter's and my cars for years. They are honest, reliable and always have the car ready at the time they promised. They are also kind.. I had a family emergency last week and they took my car the same day to replace my brakes. I highly recommend them and would never think of going anywhere else for repairs or service.

Wow, Euro Automotive can be considered Saab specialists in Fairfield county! My Saab 9-3 Aero has been shuffled around to many different auto mechanics of which all unable to correctly diagnose the issues. Now, my baby electric blue Saab finally has a technician home. Head mechanic, Joseph F. has proven to be an expert. Moreover, the entire staff and technicians are superb. The time Joseph has dedicated to fixing the issues with my Saab is unfathomable. I’ve been a client for 22 years. Once you bring your car to Euro Auto you will be a customer for life. I bring both of my cars to Euro Auto. One car is a Volvo, the other is a Nissan. I would not even consider bringing my car anywhere else. Joe is a master mechanic and checks everything his well trained workers do. I trust them with my Volvo so much that if Joe R. and Joe P. Ever decided to retire, I think I will sell my Volvo cause there is no other repair shop I trust enough to bring my car there.
