I have brought a couple of cars in for various things and it's always a great a experience. From the appointment scheduling, to the amazing service and having everything explained really makes this shop stand out. The prices are fair and you can be confident the results are going to be top notch. I highly recommend FCMS.

I entrusted FCM to carry out a pre-purchase inspection for me on a car that I was unable to see in-person. After speaking with both Don and Danny on the phone, I was assured that the inspection would be very thorough and time consuming, which was reflected in the price. After receiving the inspection and once again speaking on the phone, there were a few discrepancies that have arisen later on, after I ultimately purchased the car that are concerning. Additionally, one notable issue was flat-out missed entirely, which recently cost me enough where I felt compared to share my experience here. I have been bringing my vehicles to fairfield county motorsports for about 3 years. Started with my S65 AMG, and have since been sending my wife in with her X7. Recently my sons 01 540i began having a few issues it shouldnt. I had it towed over to the shop, made a call and 24 hours later it was fixed. I know I can blindly trust these guys to do the work ethically, do it right the first time, and give me a final price that is not only more than fair its down right a good honest deal. Listen, if you can send your wife to a mechanic shop and not have to worry about nonsense you know you found a great place.

Definitely very satisfied and pleased with service at the shop. Guys have a definite passion needed to track down issues in older European cars without the just replace everything approach. They also will take the time to explain any planned repairs with options. Would recommend for anyone in NY Metro area to take a ride up for any owners of late 90s, 2000 or 2010s cars that have wormed a way into your heart that you cant let go. 2013 Audi Q7 TDI
