Brought my car in for a battery change and had a service light that refused to go away. The two brothers were super patient and kept working on it without charging me extra. When it came back again and again they offered to deal with Volvo directly. It’s been a few days now and the light is finally gone! Plus I got an oil change. I really appreciate them going the next step. You can really tell they care about their customers thank you!

First time at Fairfield Automotive as my family is new to Fairfield and Dave and John knocked it out of the park. Extremely professional and got right to the issue. I was losing oil at a considerable rate and began to smell smoke in the cabin. Finding the right mechanic or garage is like dating. After three dates, you know if you want to keep seeing that person, right? My family's safety is prime importance to me. When I bring my car to be cared for I want to know that they check it as if their own mother, wife, children are going to be in it and attend what to what is necessary. They are friendly, accommodating time wise, and when I drive out, I know my family is safe.

Dave and John are exactly what you want in an auto mechanic; honest, knowledgeable, and responsive. I have an older SUV and it has needed several repairs in the past few years. I usually know exactly what needs to be replaced/repaired before bringing it in. John and Dave have never tried to sell me on anything not necessary. They just take care of the problem and I know I can trust them.
