Satisfactory and expeditious service! I had my Audi Q5 towed to Euro Performance after a curb collision mangled the right rear suspension. Nirmen provided a very reasonable quote and a clear timeframe for the repairs. He even showed us all the parts on the car that needed to be replaced, such as the control arms and links, and where he would buy them so that we could fact check it ourselves, something most mechanics would not do. If you need collision or mechanical repair for a German luxury vehicle, I highly recommend Nirmen and his team.

Brought my Q7 in for a few issues. Nermin was honest, knowledgeable and explained everything that was done and needs to be done. I felt my car was in very good hands and definitely will be back to fix the rest of the issues.

I would not recommend this place, especially for women. One of the employees, Nermin, kept a plastic part from my car for a week. Later, he invited me to dinner, but after I told him that I was engaged, he stopped responding to my messages. It seemed that he intentionally delayed returning the part. When I finally went to the shop myself, I took the part and went to another mechanic, who installed it in just four minutes. That clearly showed the part could have been installed very quickly, but he chose not to do it for personal reasons. Please be cautious — especially women — when dealing with this person.

Me experience with Euro Performance has been nothing short of amazing. I will not let anyone else work on my car. This is a very professional place and the Audi was fixed in a matter of two days. I had my Audi to three other mechanics and no one could figure out the problem until I brought my car to Euro Performance. Thank you so much for wonderful service, I am very grateful.
