Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Another great experience at VIOC! Everytime I come here for an oil change I always leave as a satisfied customer. All of the techs are extremely knowledgeable and very good at their jobs. I can’t recommended this location enough! Thanks for keeping my car in check. See you at my next 3k visit!

The staff is incredibly professional and courteous. They treat you with a smile and warm welcome and make you feel comfortable. And the service is always completed in a reasonable time. Love going there.

I visited this Valvoline location today for what I believed was a needed oil change. The team proceeded with the service without mentioning that my oil life was still great. It wasn’t until after the fact, that I was informed that my oil had looked clean and didn’t need to be changed. When I questioned why I was charged for a service not needed, the technician tried to justify the service by saying my lights use the oil as well and it’s “good to have clean oil”. Gee thanks! While I appreciate the quick service, I’m disappointed that no one mentioned that I wasn’t yet due for an oil change. It would’ve been helpful to have that transparency before the service was performed. I hope this feedback encourages better communication with customers in the future so they can make informed decisions

Beware of this valvoline I was tricked into purchasing a headlight I did not need replaced. My left (driverside ) daylight was out, and they mentioned they would replace it, I even verbally confirmed it was the daylight. I saw they were working on the passenger side and was confused I asked why they were replacing something on the opposite side of what needed replacing. Nothing was wrong with my headlights. They replaced the right bulb. I said I didn’t need headlight replacement, they proceeded to act like I needed it and told me to turn my car on…and literally were like “See it’s working now.” Ofcourse it’s working if you replaced it! But it didn’t need replacing. I am never coming back to this valvoline, I was robbed of 32 bucks thank goodness it wasn’t a more expensive job! I’m at a lo
