The only reason I gave them a one, is because you cannot give a zero or negative number. My 1977 Bronco has been there for 9 months for a new alternator I was asked to buy. He is now telling me he does not know how to fix my truck, after all this time. In addition, the roof is smashed and he is stating he has no idea how it happened and taking no responsibility for it. When I called to inquire, he blamed me for the mechanical issue with the truck. If I did not have a mechanical issue, I would have never brought it to his shop. If he did not know how to fix it, he should have told me 9 months ago. He is rude, incompetent and wants me to come down there in person, in which he said it in a threatening manner. The other day coming back from work realized I had a nail stucked into my back tire which almost brought it to flat and it was getting late. Bob the owner had already shut the doors for the day and caught me outside seeking for help and so he did. Great human being, no bs, straight to the point, reasonable pricing (didn't charge me a dime) and welcoming over all.
