Jerad was incredible about answering all of my questions and he was upfront and honest about what the fees would be (which were low compared to 2 other mechanics in town) I will be servicing my car here from now on. happy customer!

We were passing through NE on our way home from vacation and our 2013 X5 threw a code that needed attention. JT and another tech went above and beyond to diagnose our issue on the spot and give us the information we needed to continue our trek home.
