I was 300 miles from home and stranded when the DEF heater went bad in my VW tdi. These guys saw that I was from out of town, dropped everything and got me back on the road ASAP. Even made an hour round trip to get my parts. It was one of those situations where they could’ve easily charged whatever and I had no choice but to pay it. That’s not what happened at all. They were very fair with the pricing. They were extremely friendly and accommodating to me. Can’t say enough good things about this shop! Definitely recommend!

After Thanksgiving, I was stranded in Mt. Vernon due to my CV axle breaking. They went out of their way to make sure the part I needed arrived the same day and had me back on the road in a few hours. Two months later, everything is still in working order! Highly recommend!

I had to do reviews on this company.My family and I were heading to Mississippi for a funeral coming from Chicago and my 2012 BMW with 69000 miles, began acting up. Looked up closes foreign car repair shop, thank God was able to make it there. Looks are deceiving. Did I mention I'm black? Pulled in the shop which is located in the back, in a small town and big Trump sign inside. They were backed up with cars. He said he wouldn't be able to get to it today, I think he said next week. But I explained my situation and he had compassion and took me in. I heard gospel song playing, that gave me some comfort and while we waited in Furniture store towards the front, a lady pastor was in there talking. Glenn and Hunter went way above and beyond in helping me. I was on a family trip from Minnesota to Florida and when I got to Mount Vernon on Friday morning, one of my cylinders stopped firing on my Audi S7. Knowing I was on a trip, they dropped everything and immediately looked at my car when no dealer would even touch it until Monday. Unable to find parts locally or even 100 miles away Glenn hopped in his car and drove a total of 10 hours to get the parts needed to complete the car and get me back on the road same day. I have never experienced such above and beyond customer service like this before and how dedicated they were to help me out. Glenn and Hunter even stayed three hours beyond closing to help me back get on the road same day and able to enjoy my vacation. Thanks a million you

Absolute worst experience! Purchased a vehicle from Glenn in which we have not possessed the vehicle for more than 2 days in a row where the engine light didn’t turn on. Took back for repairs multiple times of which he kept the car for over 2 months at a time to fix, only to have engine light turn back on the next day. Glenn made various repairs charging us more than $1,000 more than purchase price of which did not actually fix the issues. Every time we got the car back from repairs it was stained with grease and smelled. We have had multiple issues of the car not even starting. Glenn claims only to cover engine but is not concerned that an engine light is on or the car wouldn’t start. We cannot register the vehicle with an engine light on and Glenn has failed to back any of his wor
