We have gone to European Car Care for years and years. Ross is the best! And by best I mean the most knowledgeable, honest, hard-working, straight up mechanic you will ever meet. His prices are reasonable and the service is superior. He will tell you what you need, get you the best price, and that's it. Won't try to upsell you, do unnecessary work, or rip you off. This is not a paid review. Just an honest opinion from a long-time happy customer.

Simply the best in Bay Area. Lowest price in the area, plus highest quality. I was in the Bay Area for 4 years, and got my 8 oil changes and many other services from here for my 2010 BMW 328i. Never repairs anything which is not actually due. Provides you with all possible options and their detailed explanations. Even provides advice on the services he doesn’t perform in his shop. Does the small stuff for free, literally free.

Ross is a good and stand up guy. Honest and doesn’t try to up sell you or suggest needless fixes. I trust him with my car. I went to him and said my break pads need to be changed, he asked me why I thought this way and I said I was following the suggestion. He was like let me check it first and if you do then I’ll do it. When he checked he was like well your pads are fine and have tons of life on them. Wait a few more services. Honest and straight forward guy. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for a new mechanic this is the place. My service contract expired and I decided to take my BMW here because of the reviews, Johnny provided me with a good rate, and they were able to work on my car the next day. When I arrived at the shop Johnny was waiting for me and had my estimate ready. They called me during the day and kept me updated on my cars progress. When I went to pickup the car in the afternoon they saved the old parts and they showed me how the replacements they used were a higher quality product. They even phoned me the next day to follow-up with me. You get better parts, great service, and a good price. Why go anywhere else? I am taking my car here from now on.
