Terrible mechanic my uncle brought his car up there mind you my uncle is in his late seventies brought the mechanic over 2 thousand dollars to fix the power steering three weeks later we picked up the car power steering still not fixed and he took my uncle’s money. Don’t ever take your car here.

Charged me a diagnostic fee even though I already ran the codes myself with my own machine. Says his machine is better and pulls different and better data. Don’t really believe that. Maybe it’s true. But didn’t appreciate the $140 charge. Doesn’t take credit cards. Had to figure out how to get money to him after he already did the service and was holding my car. Didn’t offer to do the work. Said I should find the parts and then bring the parts back to him and he will install. Doesn’t speak English. Hard to make sense out of it. I wind up going to Audi and buying the part I needed and installed it myself. I didn’t understand the point of going here. I read good reviews. I took my Mercedes Benz there about 8 months ago they said it was my turbo . I bought the part myself and they fixed my car. The first day I went to pick up the car it was worse than when I brought it there. As soon as I did test run engine light came on l, I had no lights on my car but tire had to argue them down that I was not taking my car back until fixed. The lady called and said it was a part missing and my oil and coolant had leaked out and they replaced it. I did an oil change and days before bringing it there and I have receipts.
