I got a terribly high quote from another shop in Northridge that is certified to work on Tesla... I decided to get a second quote and ev elite quoted me less than 1/3rd of my original quote for the AC compressor replacement. They are currently working on my car today so I will return with a review as soon as I pick my car up. So far my experience has been 5 stars. No BS.

I took my Tesla model S for a door handle issue and was not at all satisfied with the craftsmanship of the work. My door handle is Loose and does not function properly. When I picked up my car I expressed my dissatisfaction to Scott the owner and he said “ at least the door opens”. The final bill Scott printed out is for 551.88 , The amount he charged my credit card is for 568.44. I did not noticed the difference until I got home. I would not recommend EV Elite for any Electric or gas powered vehicle repair.

IF YOU NEED A NEW CAR REPAIR SHOP, YOUR SEARCH IS OVER !!! WARNER AUTO CENTER HYBRID SHOP IS THE BEST !!! (They take all cars, not just hybrids! Yay!) My long-time repair shop started disappointing me -- returning my car back to me with "fixes" that weren't fixed. I found WARNER on Yelp, and I tried it. I was so uptight trying a new place, but immediately the MANAGER, SCOTT, put me at ease. He was so very kind and willing to help me. My car's problem was assessed by their fabulous mechanic, MARVIN, and he and SCOTT explained to me what was wrong. MARVIN had the problem assessed and repaired within an hour! Astounding!! SCOTT and MARVIN are not only expert in their field, but super-kind and caring as well. I cannot praise them highly enough. Thank-you so very much, SCOTT and MARVIN

When I needed to replace the hybrid battery in my Prius, I decided to buy a remanufactured battery instead of a new battery because I couldn't afford a new one. But while calling different shops to get price and warranty information, I found out that Warner Auto Hybrid Shop has a 3-year/100,000-mile warranty on their remanufactured batteries, which totally alleviated my fears. And they also had the best price/warranty combination compared to other shops. Scott was really helpful with answering all my questions, and I haven’t had any problems with the remanufactured battery since they installed it over a year ago.

Scott and the super awesome team at Warner Auto replaced the battery of my 180,000 mile 2013 Tesla model s for 1/3 the price quoted by Tesla and kept my car running 🙏 These guys are great and honest and I would recommend them to anyone with an EV.
