Evans Tire & Auto Care

Went for a low tire. They were a bit busy but I went in with out an appointment. They were so nice to everyone. My tire was fixed filled They gave me information about the questions I asked. This other woman came in for steering issues. They put her car up told her what was needed gave her options. Sqeezed her in knowing they did not have time for her, filled up her fluids gave her prices for what she really needs to get done. Great service.

Everything about this place is A++++. It starts from the top with "Big Mike" the owner, I believe he has done a great job preparing Corey to eventually take over. Whenever I deal with Corey I feel like I get an honest answer. That's saying a lot about a mechanic repair shop. Really everybody there is amazing, from "Little Mike" to the guys in the back. I got to give a special recognition to Kenny! With my last repair he stayed past closing to get it done. Where they do that at? Evans Tire that's where. Kenny has always taken care of my car with great care and keeping budget in mind. I don't like seeing these guys because obviously if I do, there's an issue with my car. They are 10 out of 10 one of the best mechanics in Richmond Kentucky. They are so Friday got my oil changed the other day and they did not even charge me labor. As well they knocked off a bunch of prices on other stuff I have had done here. They are truly nice and amazing people here if I could give a 10 star rating I would. Keep up the amazing work cause y'all rock.

I was told 3 different times to drop off my car. First I was told 12:30. Get a phone call the day prior to the appointment with someone telling me I need to bring my car at 8 AM so it can “cool off before your appointment” 4 hours to cool off? Then they tell me the appointment was at 11. I started to explain that frustration to Mike he got defensive and kept interrupting me. Some point during the phone call he started yelling at me “MY TURN! MY TURN! MY TURN!” He is too old to be acting like that. I did not pay money to be yelled at. He did not even have the guts to apologize to me. Only after he had his temper tantrum like a six year old did he actually offer to fix the problem, with his tail tucked between his legs. I recently visited Evan’s for what I thought would be a routine oil change with tire rotation and balance. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory, leading me to rate this place 3 out of 5 stars. Firstly, the service took an astonishing 5 hours to complete. I understand that delays can happen, but for a simple oil change and tire rotation, this was excessive. I had planned my day around what I assumed would be a quick visit, only to find myself stranded for most of the afternoon. Communication at this location was another significant issue. I received conflicting information from three different employees.
