ZERO STARS — A Total Waste of Time and Trust This dealership has absolutely no respect for people’s time or honesty in business. I drove 3½ hours one way to see a vehicle I was seriously prepared to buy. Before making the trip, I clearly asked the salesperson, Tyiesha, to send detailed photos of any and all defects — but when I arrived, the vehicle was nothing like described. Multiple flaws, scratches, and damage were conveniently left out. To make matters worse, as I pulled into the lot, I watched the exact car I came to see being driven off by someone else. I stayed in constant communication, confirmed my travel plans, and was completely upfront — but their team showed zero professionalism, zero respect, and zero accountability. If there were an option for ZERO STARS, they’d earn it.

The Maintenance Manager Ivan approved a defective vehicle for sale and we bought it. We traded in our old vehicle. He is currently “working on the new one” because the since the day we bought it and same day we bought it the car shut off twice on the Highway. We were told to text and call Ivan the maintenance manager and that the Sales manager was at an auction. We texted Ivan the maintenance manager a day ago and he didn’t respond. When we went in person a day later he still didn’t respond and said he’d get to it in 3-5 hours didn’t tell us he was the maintenance manager until after we waited an hour and asked to speak to the maintenance manager. The car is still in the shop.

Evolutions has some very nice cars on all of their lots. They work very hard to get you a car that you will be very pleased with. I recommend them highly.

Did not get a car, but I did have the best customer service from Demetrius. He was very patient with me & made sure I knew the in and outs about Evolution Cars & Auto Service. I greatly appreciate that & will keep that in mind when I am ready for a new car addition to the family.
