Demetris was a great sales man The entire process was smooth and stress-free. There was no pressure, no rushing, and no misleading information. He made sure I understood the pricing, financing, and features of the vehicle before moving forward, which I really appreciated. His communication was clear and consistent throughout the process. What stood out most was his professionalism and respect. He treated me like a valued customer and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my decision. Because of his outstanding service, I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Did Not Honor Negotiations in Agreement. I purchased a vehicle from Evolution’s Cars a little over a year ago. As part of the purchase negotiations, several items were agreed upon in writing, including replacement of all four tires, a sensor repair, and minor exterior touch-ups. After the purchase, I brought the vehicle back to the dealership for the agreed-upon maintenance. I was told the work had been completed, and I picked the car up. Once I arrived home, I noticed the tires had not been replaced. I was certain because one tire still had a visible gash that was present at the time of purchase. I also had a walk-around video provided by the sales agent prior to delivery that confirmed the tires were the same. I contacted the sales agent, who directed me to the maintenance manager. I

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. The customer service is TERRIBLE. They play around ALLLLL day and will just have the customers sitting there. Our rep was WALTER & all he did was play and talk all day. We stayed there forever. They told us the fee will be $105 for the $3000 down payment but I could pay $500 that day and being 2500 in cash the next day. Everything was done , he said he’d send the paper work in the morning to sign. It’s 5:55 PM & we yet to receive ANYTHING ! We been communicating with him and he’s been nonchalant. We went up there after work and I immediately asked for the OWNER, which wasn’t help at all. Walter was laughing while explaining to the owner which is very unprofessional. Walter Gave us a refund out his own pockets but it was still the principal.. im so

HAUSSAN and NICOLE were “chef’s kiss” Gold standard service! They went above and beyond, even after I was approved. Also, I was approved in less than 10 minutes. HAUSSAN never left my side, even though he had 3 clients after me. I felt cared for and respected. I will def send anyone I know who is looking to get into a vehicle, to the team at Evolution Cars!

My experience was amazing. I was greeted by Walter with exceptional service and lots of patience. I was very satisfied with my vehicle purchase and will definitely be returning or sending friends to purchase a car with Walter.
