These guys are great. I bought an older LS400 and i instantly had to get the timing belt service done as it hadn't been done in over 100k miles. They did a general inspection and were honest with me. I used to work on all of my own cars, but with getting a job and working loads of overtime, I needed a shop that would work on my vehicle like I would. I referred my good friend that just got an 06 LX460 to this shop and he had equally great results. I took my car in again for suspension/brake service last week as I was going on vacation. After i picked up the car, I noticed that the car veers to the right a bit on the highway when I let go of the steering wheel. I would not have a car if it wasn't for Dillion and the other fine folks at Exact. I have an older LS400 that no other local mechanics I spoke to would touch. They completely rebuilt my ECU just over a year ago now and the car drives/shifts like a dream. It's a smaller family-run shop with VERY fair pricing. Not just a great repair shop to have in the neighborhood, but truly a great neighbor that happens to also do excellent work on Toyotas. My SUV has been here multiple times, and the service (both customer and automotive) has been top tier every time. Dealing with car trouble is often stressful and they’ve handled the stress for me on multiple occasions. I can’t recommend them enough!

The problem I had with the car still exists even though they told me what needed to be fixed. I actually believe they knew it wasn’t fixed. They called me to see if I was coming to have it fixed the first time but never called back to see if they could see why it wasn’t fixed. $958 fixed what? The invoice has lights were check? No mention I have a light out.
