I communicated with this dealership multiple times throughout the week regarding a vehicle and was given assurances about its condition. After driving over an hour to see it in person, I was very disappointed to find the vehicle in poor shape. I was in need of a new car after my Pontiac became unable to make my commute to work any longer. After looking on KSL for a few days at all my options, and after going to 2 other Big Name dealerships, I couldn't find anything I was happy with or seemed remotely relaible. I then stumbled upon exact price auto, seeing they had a few options of vehicles listed on ksl that I was very interested in and in great shape. I called Justin and explained my situation and asked about my options. He is very honest, friendly and great to work with. I ended up purchasing a car he had for sale and had some mechanical trouble with it driving home that I didn't catch on the test drive. I called him and told him the situation. I have had a great experience working with Justin. I rate myself "very picky and high maintenance" when it comes to being a customer, yet Justin delivered to me every time. After driving the car off the lot, the check engine light came on and the car needed a new CAT. They replaced it without any questions. I've had other issues like sticking calipers and uneven brake rotors and every time Justin delivered. I'd also like to add my mechanic said the car is in great condition after inspecting it. I do most of my own work on my vehicles and I am very pleased with my experience.

Justin is so great to work with. He listens and helps you find what works for you. He isn't pushy at all and is great at getting back to you about any questions you have. We have just purchased our 3rd vehicle from him and we always go to him when we need repairs or have concerns. I would recommend anyone I know to do business with Exact Price. In a few words, I would say he is honest, reliable, and fair.

Don’t go to this dealership! They are liars! I bought a used car in January 2022. It had a 30 day warranty, and I had to go down every weekend for the next four weeks as lights kept turning on with errors. They told me they replaced the fan one of the visits. I sat there every weekend for at least five hours. Come to find out they just let my car sit in the shop making it seem as if they were repairing it and just cleared the lights temporarily. I know this because it’s now June 2022 and my car all of a sudden had a lot of dinging sounds, so many errors lights turned on, it started shaking, and wouldn’t drive over 5-25 mph.
