Purchased a truck from them last week. All in all a great experience. They worked with me when I wanted to get the vehicle inspected by a third party. Not pushy and answered all questions. The price was better than I could find in a 500 mile radius search, maybe more but I didn’t look outside that. The salesmen even drove my other truck home for me.

Had an amazing experience last night. Went into Excalibur with zero expectations to look at I car I had found online. Called and asked if it was still available talked with Matthew who was so nice and once my husband and I got there he helped us take a look at it and test drive it. We walked away with a beautiful Mazda CX-5. Our kids are so excited for mom to be driving a new car. Thank you for all your help Matthew, you made this deal happen by being a great help, being professional but not pushy at all and working with us to bring this car home. Will definitely consider coming back in the future thanks to him.

I went to Excalibur on Saturday with low expectations after going to another dealership and being told I would have to pay much more than what I initially had as a budget, but I was pleasantly surprised by the low prices and excellent quality of the cars! The guest relations specialist that helped me was Matthew Veng, he provided excellent service and was very friendly and attentive in helping me make my decision and catering to my needs. He was very honest, I didn't feel pressured at all like I did in the previous dealership, which was very nice since I was able to make an informed decision without feeling pressured into anything thanks to Matt's patience and knowledge on the cars that he showed me. I was allowed to test drive any car of my choice, overall service was awesome. Thanks Mat

My wife and I saw a car we were interested in online, located at Excalibur. We walked onto the lot and Lucio calmly greeted us and gave us amazing service. He answered all our questions and gladly let us take the car for a test drive. When we knew this was the car we had to have, he waited after hours to allow us to put down a deposit to hold the vehicle; allowing us time to get our method of payment in order. Lucio and his managers made the process so easy. Lucio communicated in a fast and timely manner, all the way till we left with our new RAV4. Great overall experience!!
