Last Sunday, my car wouldn’t start. I contacted AAA, which connected me with James at Exceptional Auto Body Towing and Repair. James arrived an entire 30 minutes ahead of the estimated time. Took care of my issue so fast that I barely had time to thank him for his help. A great guy. I wish all service persons were as great as Christopher P.
