I came across the car I was looking for online which led me to executive auto plaza. I reached out to Richard and we setup a time for me to come by and take a look at the car. Richard gave me plenty of uninterrupted time to check the car out and ensure everything worked as it should. Richard was very straightforward and professional. I came with my own financing and we worked out the deal. I love my new car and rich made the whole process quick and simple. Richard is a nice guy but maybe was only nice to sell a car.. he answered the phone before I bought the vehicle every time. But he sold me a car he didn’t send through service for maintenance.. it shakes bad when I’m breaking . He said he would help me fix it and figure out what’s wrong but now I’m not hearing from him ! It’s crazy bc I paid $21,700 cash. No note . It should be in great driving conditions used or new!!
