Fairway Automotive - Arnold

We needed a headlight replaced on our 2020 Durango, which is not a simple task, I spoke with Danny on Tuesday and he gave me a quick estimate of time to complete and the part, it was very reasonable and I would know because I called a few places for estimates. We set up a time for that same week on Thursday and Danny and the team completed it in under 30 minutes which was extra nice because I had to bring my young child with me that day(massive thank you). We have had two great experiences now with Fairway and while we don't hope for car problems, we look forward to using Fairway again in the future and would recommend them.

I was recommended to Fairway Automotive by a friend. I was very happy with the quick service. I got an auto inspection, I had several small things that needed attention. They got everything done the same day and I got my car back. They also pointed out another repair that wasn't an emergency. I plan on going back to get it done soon. Having an auto mechanic that I can trust is very important to me.

Wonderful experience! Tim Rice and Danny Gartner were incredibly knowledgeable, worked with me to find the right tires for my vehicle, and worked together to research the best price on those tires. Tim Rice even fixed my radio, no charge! I was shocked, in a good way. Beautiful waiting room, comfortable chairs, snacks, candy, popcorn, coffee, water, free. Television, just nothing like any customer waiting room I’ve ever been in. And to top it all off as long as you bring your coupon. lowest price you’ll find anywhere for an oil change! Left me in a great mood for the rest of the day!

I had booked an appointment for a safety and emissions inspection. The appointment making process was super easy and everyone was incredibly friendly through out the whole process. Quite time was about an hour and that was accurate, which is always a relief. Furthermore, Ricky (who did my inspection) did a wonderful job explaining why my car failed my inspection and how I could fix it. 100% will be back to this establishment.

Went for oil change and have my tires rotated, free when you buy the tires and needed one of my tail lights replaced, when checking out they only charged me for oil change!! Couldn’t believe it!! So appreciate them for doing that for me! Super awesome guys that work there!! I made the appointment same day and was in and out! Highly recommend Fairway Automotive in Arnold!
