Robyn was so incredibly helpful and informative over the phone, I had an appointment scheduled for a new front window, then my radiator blew the night before, I called early in the morning and they were able to assure me that they can actually come to me same-day, with no extra charge! The original price they gave me was a great deal compared to any other place in the area, saving me money, and a hassle. Once the tec arrived, he was done in literally no time, I 100% recommend the people at expert!

I stopped by the Mexico location on a whim today to see about a small chip in my windshield. I was kindly and professionally greeted by Robyn. She checked out the chip and told me there would actually be two technicians at the shop in about an hour after I arrived. I ran a few errands during that time and when I arrived back, both technicians were there as she had said prior, so there was no wait. I didn’t have an appointment or call ahead, so this was fantastic to be able to get taken care of today. Jacob was the technician who repaired the chip and he was also very polite and professional. He was honest about what the spot would look once it was repaired. He did a great job, and they saved me much more money than filing an insurance claim. I would highly recommend supporting this local
