I picked up a U-Haul from this partnered location and had an assortment of issues. To begin with, it was a ghost town when we arrived. Absolutely nobody in sight for 15 min at least. Once we finally did retrieve the vehicle, it had barely a quarter of a tank of gas. Furthermore, the owner conducted deceptive business practices by adding on protection plans, changing the drop-off location because he felt it was “closer”, etc. He made several manipulations to the reservation without any form of authorization or consent. Given all the issues with simply picking up a U-Haul, I couldn’t even imagine purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

I wouldn’t trust anything from a company who’s online hours say open til 5 online and. Scribbled out hours on the front door until 2 and arriving at 140pm and no one’s here.

This dealership is trash i got a car there the car was paid off and he had it repoed it was a joke
