Express Car Wash

They weren’t lying about “express”. Express car wash with poor attention to detail. Windshield was still dirty after the wash, car still had bird poop on it (noticed after I left). Please do better.

Since the ownership changed, the service has gone downhill: 1. Extremely long waiting times. 2. They leave watermarks because they don’t dry the car properly. Fewer employees are working, and they do a sloppy job. 3. They park the cars too close to each other. You have to check your mirrors constantly to make sure the car behind you doesn’t hit you. As soon as the green light comes on, you basically have to floor it so the car behind doesn’t rear-end you. I’m switching to a different car wash.

Amazing service. The young gentleman that was there Monday help me out so much gave me a month for 14$, a free dashwipe, free vacuum and also the dryers do a great job. Best express car wash in north Jersey.

Paid for the $22 , when I came out and the guys were hand drying, I got out the car and saw a brown spot and asked if he can just dry it he said it can’t come off? I said can I just use the towel it’ll come off , he said no go on the line again. This was so petty and unprofessional. All he had to do was go over the spot with the towel or LET ME !! I even tipped them lol . Go somewhere else, there’s plenty of other car wash places in the area

I been a customer for years of this location, I just got a brand new Car 2025, washed the car twice and the right side of the car is already scratched, the manager had the audacity to tell me that it looks like someone took the time to scratch my car with sandpaper, came up with every excuse not to accept that my car was damage there. If you wash your car at this location, please check your car everytime after you visit this car wash.
