I came for an oil change and drove right in with no wait. The gentleman that assisted me was very professional and gave excellent customer service. He was extremely polite and stated everything he was doing and always asked permission before reaching into my vehicle. Although I didn't understand most of what he was saying, I was still impressed. My husband usually brings my car in to this location so it was my first experience with an oil change. Whenever anything is suggested outside of what I go in for, I always call my husband first or decline. Because of your excellent reputation and reasonable costs, I trusted the technician and proceeded with the air filter due to his expertise.
