Flagstop Car Wash

The whole staff was great. They have a new policy that nothing can be in your truck bed. I have a spare tire slid under my tool box in the back of the truck and it is tethered with a cable lock. I told them I had been through it many times like this and the said it was okay. I went through with no problems….great staff using common sense on this. I have the RVA car wash club on two vehicles and I never have anything but great help from the staff answering any questions I have. I had spoken to another associate last week on the new sign about empty truck beds, and explained my setup and they told me then when I bring my truck it it should be fine. That was my first trip through with my truck, and it went smoothly. Thanks to all your great support!

Matt was super helpful - I have a membership and he ran around to greet me with a free air freshener and then apparently saw that I have earned enough points for a free month of my membership cost (uhh I didn’t even know that was a thing!!) and he walked me through how to redeem it. I love this car wash and will continue using it (& my membership) because it’s cost effective and the people are always so nice and friendly!

Isiah, not only displayed professionalism in his work ethics... he also "easily", sold me my third membership; via power suggestion. (He called it a promotional offer) Great place excellent service. Just keep those window cloths clean please... thanks!
