Stewart Winstead has been my Service Advisor for many years. He knows I take care of my fleet of personal vehicles with as much DIY maintenance I can do and does not try to oversell expensive maintenance when not needed. Stewart is the best advisor I have worked with at Loyalty Toyota Chester. I can call him with any questions. Stewart is friendly, professional and consistently reliable. He always makes sure my vehicles are taken care of correctly.
As always, I'm very pleased with my service at Loyalty Toyota. The staff is always professional and courteous. My Service Advisor, Brian Johnson, goes above and beyond to not only make me feel welcomed, but also to ensure my needs are met in a timely manner. His professionalism is unparalleled. Even when I have to wait longer than anticipated, he keeps me informed on everything that's going on with my vehicle, reassuring me that my time isn't wasted. I've been a customer with Loyalty Toyota Service for about 4 years, and I'm always satisfied with their service!
As always, service at Loyalty Toyota was amazing! The wait is always long, but with everything I have done when I go I understand. Service advisors are always great! Everyone was very friendly when I arrived at my appointment at 8:30 I waited for my service advisor Stewart Winstead he was very polite and professional. He kept me updated about my vehicle. I also received a video from the technician to my phone, which I thought was very helpful. I was very pleased with the service and the amount of time I waited on my vehicle. Everyone at Loyalty Toyota were very friendly and polite and had good customer service experience
I received excellent service at this location for Loyalty Toyota. My vehicle is still under warranty but they were very pleasant to deal with especially Paul Taylor. Look forward to our next visit.
