Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers

Came in for a routine oil change and they found a tire on the verge of a blowout. They ordered me a new tire and put my donut on for me in the meantime. They did NOT want me driving anywhere on that may-pop! I was so pleased with the genuine concern they shared regarding my safety (I am very pregnant). Love these guys and this location!

Had a great experience at Express Oil Change thanks to Guillermo. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. I was in and out quickly! Guillermo definitely went above and beyond. I’ll be back for sure!

I’ve never had a bad experience at any of the express locations, but I had the best one yet in Columbus. I spoke with lots of awesome folks whose names I didn’t catch, but I did get Kale’s, and he was so pleasant and helpful. Always feels like transparent practices. Came in for an oil change, left with a check engine lights and 2 additional error codes as I drove away. When I was asked for guidance in understanding this via a scan, I was asked to pay for the scan. Let it also be known Tavares (the assistant manager) walked away from me as I asked for assistance. I was willing to pay. Surprised at that customer interaction. This experience left me disappointed and stuck with a much higher bill. Honestly I am shocked because I thought this business was better.

Had a great experience! Guillermo was very helpful and friendly, especially when I asked him a particular question about synthetic versus regular oil. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get a fast, affordable oil change!
