Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers

Had great experience with #153 Cullman Midtown Express Oil Change this morning! Our Technician was Stephen and he was very professional, communcative and trustworthy and made us feel we were in good hands! We have been using this Express for 20+years for every vehicle of ours from personal to company vehicles. Just want to say publicly; thank you them and especially Tech-Stephen for doing a great job taking care of your customers!

I had new tires put on that day and needed a front end alignment. I pulled in here and these guys were super busy but Stephen came out and asked me what I needed, I told him and he said no problem and said it might be just a bit but they could definitely get that done for me. They did a great job and Stephen was very kind and super helpful and apologetic when we couldn’t find my paperwork once my car was done! I’d definitely recommend these guys, they were very professional & quick!

This is my one stop shop, whenever I need anything automotive related. The prices are competitive, the service usually only takes 10-12 minutes, they carry good name brands of oil, and wiper blades, they will check and top off all of your vehicles fluids with every service, they do mechanical work, alignments, they sell and install tires, they do everything, and they are in a super convenient location, right beside autozone, in the middle of cullman. They really are a one stop shop, for your vehicle and they do an exalent job every time I'm in there. Thanks, Express oil change team, for another great experience! Came in because another shop had tightened my oil filter canister too tight that last time I had an oil change. I did my own oil change, but couldn't get the oil filter canister off. Jacob got my oil canister off and replaced my filter for free. I appreciate these guys!

10/10 experience from start to finish! Brought my car in for a variety of reasons, but was on a budget. Kade and Justin worked with me to figure out exactly what I needed most at the best price, while prioritizing my safety. They communicated well, paid attention to all the details, made sure to keep in touch throughout the whole process and got the work done before the end of the day.
