I have never experienced such professional mechanics. From the time I was directed into the bay I was kept informed of what was being done and what services still needed to be done. There was no pressure to purchase any addition services, only recommendations. They made sure that not one finger print/smudge was left on my car after the service was completed. I had a really great experience at Valvoline getting an oil change and tire rotation on my truck. The whole team was incredibly informative, kind, and thorough from start to finish. They explained everything they were doing, walked me through the condition of my fluids and tires, and made sure I understood any recommendations without being pushy. What really stood out was how respectful they were of my time and my vehicle. They double-checked everything, made sure my tire pressures were set properly, and even pointed out a couple things to keep an eye on down the road. Eric is Top Notch! I started coming here about 9 months ago and I will say, I won’t go to any other place unless absolutely necessary. They take their time, show you what they’re doing at each step so you know you’re getting everything done properly, and are very clean, neat and orderly. Definitely recommend coming here.
