Outstanding Service and Communication! Velocity Automotive went above and beyond for us! They installed a brand new engine with a 3-year warranty in my daughter’s car and went over everything with a fine-tooth comb to make sure it was perfect. The workmanship is excellent, and you can tell they truly take pride in what they do. The owner personally stayed in close communication with us throughout the entire process, keeping us updated and making sure all of our questions were answered. It’s rare to find a shop that’s this thorough, honest, and professional. I highly recommend Velocity Automotive to anyone who wants top-notch service and peace of mind knowing their vehicle is in expert hands!

I’ve taken my vehicle twice to them for the past year and both times, they were able to fix my vehicle in time (once before I went on vacation abroad) and were very kind in their service. All in all, they are great at what they do and will work with you as best as they can. Highly recommend.

I've been looking for a great shop in cullman and these guys nailed it. My wife hit something with her car and the alignment was so bad. They knocked it out and made it right and the car drives like new again. Even tho it caused them issues they didn't even charge me more than the quote and thats a rare thing these days. They will work on all my vehicles from now on. Thank you guys.

These guys are great! They worked me in during a holiday week and worked after hours to get my car ready for a long road trip! I’ve used them twice and both experiences have been great! I will continue to use them for any services/repairs in the future!
