Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

This was the worst experience I have ever had and will not return for any reason. I took my car in for an inspection and they tried to sell all kinds of stuff that wasn’t needed and then when I refused they failed my inspection because they said my brake pads were too low but still made me pay. All of the employees are not professional in any kinda way and actually were really rude. If knew how I would report to the better business bureau. I’d give a -5 star if it was possible.

They rescued my trip they had the tires I needed and got me in and out quickly. Great , friendly folks there.

Noticed a flat on my truck late in the evening, close to closing. Called and was told to go ahead and bring vehicle over. Jake and Tim were excellent and helpful. When we went to start my truck it would not turn over, battery dead. They stayed late, after hours to jump my vehicle. Excellent service.

The people were very professional and helpful with all my needs. Very knowledgeable about their profession. Enjoyed the service I received there. Good job

On Wed. Nov. 26th, My Rental kept shutting down on me while traveling from Philadelphia, to Tampa, Fl. while this was frustrating enough, the Rental didnt have anymore cars due to the holiday, They referred me to the Mr. Tire in Ranoke NC. since I was traveling thru. I Arrived exhausted and frustrated, Pam ( Manager) not only helped comfort us but also got us on our way in about a hour. No More Problems with the car. Overall we traveled 2,125 miles that thanksgiving holiday and i owe it to you guys, Excellent Job! To Pam and her Staff; If I don't ever see you again, Thank you, Thank you, Thank You!!!!!!!
