I just had to use Extra MILE for the second time. Although it's never great when your car fails, they get you back on the road at a reasonable cost and professional service. They were kind enough to take my truck in from a tow with no appointment this last time. I feel comfortable with the entire operation. Great customer communications

A few years back my father had dementia and would hop out of the car at any given moment, so mom needed the passenger door not to open from the inside. Explaining why, they took care of it for free. Now that Dad is gone, mom went back to get the latch working again. And once again, they did it free of charge. That’s going the Extra Mile for our community. Way to go!

I was totally pleased with this place. I would not hesitate to go back there again if I needed work done on my car. I was worried that it was going to cost a lot of money to have my Jeep Cherokee repaired. They put a lot of hours into trying to find out what the problem was, So I was pretty concerned. When they messaged me and told me the car was done and how much it was, I was so happy. I highly recommend this place to anyone. They are very busy so if you need something done You may not get in right away. I had my vehicle towed there and they were so busy they didn’t get to it for a week. But I did not have an appointment and it was well worth it.

This is the best place to have you cars repaired in the greater Vancouver/Portland area. They are fairly priced, honest and truly superior to any auto repair business I have ever used and will continue to use in the future. I can't say enough good things about them.

I had an awesome experience using Extra Mile, I would highly recommending using them. They were able to give me a quote over the phone and get me scheduled in. When I dropped my truck off, they had the parts on hand and were able to fix it the same day and they came under their original quote! I wasn't able to come get my truck during business hours and the gal in the came back after hours to take my payment to make sure I got my truck back the same day! I got quotes from other shops and Extra Mile had the BEST PRICING BY FAR! Another shop quoted the same work for 3x the cost! Extra Mile also had great communication throughout the day, sending me texts giving me updates throughout the day. This was an excellent experience for me and I would recommend using them!
